A medieval estate transformed in the midst of unspoilt nature, La Torre del Visco 4-star is a true haven of beauty and tranquillity in a unique corner of hidden Spain. The spectacular grounds of this small owner-run boutique hotel span 220 acres, including a crystal-clear river, romantic rose gardens and an organic farm producing olives, almonds and seasonal produce. Each of the 16 rooms and suites is a world of its own, all decorated with distinctive character. Original paintings and lithographs, beautiful rugs and a variety of furniture — from antiques and arts and crafts to contemporary pieces — combine in a harmonious, effortless design. All have wonderfully comfortable beds, fresh flowers from the garden and imported Woods of Windsor toiletries from England. All are comfortably heated in winter, and in summer most rooms, except the Classic rooms, have air conditioning. Restaurant El Visco offers two plant-based tasting menus — Artigas and Vía Verde — using produce from the estate and collaborations with local artisans and producers. Prior reservation required. We also offer our Xirigol menu, an exclusive option for hotel guests, simpler and more traditional in style.
