The Bodega A Maru de Gasconne is situated in a broad valley of the Matarraña region, with views over the natural park of els Ports and surrounded by enormous tectonic rock formations. The visit takes in the wine-growing estate, explaining both the organic farming practices and their interaction with the surrounding biodynamic natural environment: sky and earth. A tour of the winery follows, including the ageing area, with an explanation of the winemaking techniques, rooted in ancestral cultural practices.
