Places to feel good

The Matarraña is a territory where nature is part of the experience from the very first moment. Mountains, rivers, forests and agricultural areas coexist in a varied landscape that can be explored easily and at close range. It is not an isolated environment, but a living territory, where the landscape and human activity remain connected.

A diverse landscape

Within just a few kilometres, the surroundings change markedly. To the south, the Els Ports massif concentrates the most mountainous areas, with rugged terrain, forests and spaces of great ecological value.

In other areas, the landscape opens up and traditional crops appear, with olive trees, almond trees and dry stone terraces that form part of the identity of the territory.

The rivers, such as the Matarraña River or the Algars River, cross the comarca and create very distinctive spaces: bathing areas, well-preserved riverside stretches and small corners where you can stop and rest.
