The Medieval Cemetery of Fuentespalda preserves 14 stelae with the typical keyhole shape — a disc with a stem that was used to drive them into the ground at the head of graves. Most are decorated on both sides, generally combining the motif of a cross inscribed in a simple circular border on the reverse. This group of disc-shaped stelae dates from the medieval period, spanning roughly from the founding of the parish church in the mid-13th century to the 16th century. The space is open. Free access.
