El Paraje Mayjal is a natural space to connect with nature and learn its secrets. A place to enjoy with family, individually or in groups. The site is located in the village of Fuentespalda and was created by the Mayjal family, who have designed, built and developed in an artisanal way a small haven where different methods of meeting everyday needs can be discovered. These methods are simpler, more natural, more economical and more fun — and no less effective for it. Hydroponic, aeroponic and aquaponic cultivation (in symbiosis with fish), cave growing, alternative ways of caring for animals, and an overall philosophy based on recycling waste and materials, enabling impressive bio-constructions and technological elements powered by alternative energies.
