Deméter de Tastavins was founded in 2007, beginning its organic farming activity growing olives, almonds and vines. A few years later, the brand Tel.luric was registered and a winery was built on the farmstead to produce wine from its organically certified vineyards. All activity is respectful of the ecosystem, and the products reflect the territory — the terraced fields sit between 600 and 700 metres above sea level. The combination of climate, microclimate, soil, and grape, olive and almond varieties gives the products their distinctive character and defines the Tel.luric range. Els Masos del Tel.luric are on the road from La Portellada to Fórnoles, in the municipality of Ráfales. Services: product tastings at Els Masos.
