The micro-winery is located within the village of Fórnoles, in the Matarraña region. It is a small stone building that takes advantage of a natural cave formed beneath one of the two hills that watch over the village. The wines come exclusively from Matarraña vineyards and are always diverse, ephemeral and intense. Diverse, because varieties and production methods are combined — Garnachas, Cabernets, Tempranillos, Macabeus or white Garnachas vinified to produce reds, rosés and whites; young wines, ancestral sparkling wines or aged wines. Ephemeral, because production is minuscule and our catalogue is open. Each year we create different offerings inspired by the fruit harvested.
