The old mill of La Fresneda, located in the orchards of this village in the direction of Valdeltormo, was built from the year 1434 thanks to a privilege granted by the Order of Calatrava.
The pond for collecting water in the upper section, the mill chamber in the underground area and the remains of the Gothic rooms at ground level are preserved in fairly good condition, where part of the original structure and masonry can be seen. A few metres away, the aqueduct that still carries water for irrigation today can also be seen, fitted with powerful triangular cutwaters.

The complex is located in the orchards of La Fresneda, in the direction of Valdeltormo. It is worth combining with a visit to the historic centre of the town to complete a full Gothic day out.
