11:00 a.m. Led by Antonio Sorolla, a winemaker at Venta d'Aubert for over 15 years, who will explain what lies behind regenerative agriculture and how the vineyard is worked with deep respect for the land.

A walk through the estate, where Antonio will share the keys to this approach and help us better understand the vineyard and its surroundings.

Afterwards, a tasting of 4 wines and an open-air country lunch, surrounded by vineyards.
