August festivities in Cretas

Starting at 6:00 PM. Youth Afternoon, in Plaza de España.

7:00 p.m. Concert with a cover band, in the Plaza de España.

24:00 h. Mobile disco at the Fairgrounds.

Organized by: Young People Association.

11:00 PM Presentation of the Queen, her Ladies-in-Waiting, and the young men turning 18 this year, accompanied by the Municipal Corporation. Following the presentation, a performance by the Nueva Samurai orchestra at the Fairgrounds. A mobile disco will follow.

10:00 p.m. Jota festival in the Plaza de España, by the group El Pilar, with the show “Art and tradition”.

10:00 PM Theatrical performance by the group “Lo Mentidero”, presentation of the play: “Peach in Syrup”. At the fairgrounds.

Contribution: €5.

11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Water park at the Municipal Swimming Pool and inflatable for the little ones on the lawn.

16:00 to 18:30 Water park at the Municipal Swimming Pool and inflatable for the little ones on the lawn.

12:00 pm. Ringing of bells and firing of rockets indicating the beginning of the August festivities.

Paella Festival.

12:00 h. Preparation of the paellas by groups, on the esplanade of the fairgrounds.

2:00 PM. Lunch (paellas made by the different groups).

5:00 PM. Opening ceremony with the SSB brass band. Soft drinks will be distributed upon arrival at Plaza España. Each group can prepare sangria for the traditional opening ceremony route.

Midnight. A bull from the "Pedro Fumadó" ranch will be released with flaming horns by the "Peña el bou de Morella" group. The SSB brass band will provide the music.

01:30h Mobile disco at the fairgrounds.

12:00 pm. Mass in honor of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary in the Parish Church.

6:00 PM. Young bulls from the "Pedro Fumadó" ranch running through the streets of the town. Accompanied by the Armonía brass band.

Midnight. “La Mafia” Orchestra at the Municipal venue. Disco followed by a mobile disco.

11:00 a.m. Mass in honor of Saint Roch, in the chapel of Saint Roch.

12.00h. Electronic vermouth and raffle of “The meek man’s mess” on the football field.

6:00 PM. Young bulls from the "Pedro Fumadó" ranch running through the streets of the town. Accompanied by the Armonía brass band.

24:00 h. Surprise party and mobile disco.
