- 12:00 p.m. At Centro Mandala, a talk by Gavina on essential oils in cooking and in everyday life, and the presentation of her book "Cocina con esencias esenciales y plantas aromáticas".
- 1:00 p.m. At Inspira Street Food, show cooking with Gavina and a tasting of creative essential appetisers and a full-menu lunch.
- 6:00 p.m. At Centro Mandala. Lecture and aromatic experience with Begonya Pujol and an active workshop "Let natural aromas take you on a journey to your essence". Discover the physical, mental and emotional benefits of essential oils.
